FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. – A man wanted on a fugitive warrant out of New Jersey is arrested in Chambersburg.
40 year old Rochon Mitchell was taken into custody at about 11:22 a.m. Thursday by deputy United States Marshals assisted by Chambersburg Borough Police. Mitchell is wanted out of New Jersey for probation violations.
Mitchell is being held at the Franklin County Jail pending extradition to New Jersey.
