Police: Dumpster fires at local businesses were deliberately set

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – Upper Allen Police say two separate fires in industrial dumpsters over the weekend were deliberately set. The fires were discovered in the early morning hours of Saturday night into Sunday morning. The dumpsters were at businesses on Louise Drive in the Rossmoyne Industrial Park just off Route 15 and Wesley Drive.
