Lancaster man charged with DUI, possession of paraphernalia

LANCASTER, Pa.– A Lancaster man is facing DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia charges after an arrest Sunday.

Garth Bolin, 24, was charged with two counts of DUI and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped by a patrol officer while in the area of a blue GMC pickup truck.

It was found that Bolin was under the influence of alcohol and was in possession of a pipe and a grinder.
