LANCASTER, Pa.– A Lancaster man is facing DUI and other related charges after a traffic stop ended in arrest Sunday morning.

Erick Santana, 30, has been charged with two counts of Driving Under the Influence, one count of Driving Under Suspension and one count of Duty of Driver in Emergency Response Area.

Santana nearly struck a police officer who was conducting a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Columbia Avenue. He was then stopped and found to be under the influence of alcohol while operating the vehicle with a suspended license. A chemical test of Santana’s blood revealed that his BAC was three times the legal limit.
