UPPER ALLEN TWP., Pa.– A Mechanicsburg man has been charged after a hit-and-run incident.
Frank Caruso, 49, was involved in a collision in the 200 block of Cumberland Parkway. However, by the time police arrived, they found that the striking vehicle had fled the scene without stopping.
After getting identifying information from witnesses, police were able to identify Caruso and his vehicle that left the scene.
He has been charged with an accident involving damage to vehicle, driving while privilege is suspended, and duty to give information and render aid.
