FEELING LIKE SUMMER: A strong area of high pressure continues to amplify off of the Southeast coast Wednesday. This keeps the summery feel in place for the Lower Susquehanna River Valley. Expect plenty of sunshine through the entire day, with just a few afternoon clouds. Winds are light, and temperatures are a few degrees warmer too. Highs are in the lower to middle 80s. Skies turn partly cloudy late tonight, and it’s milder too. It’s not a bad night to crack the windows open, with lows in the middle 50s to lower 60s.
WARM, T’STORM CHANCES: Through the end of the week, we boost temperatures a bit higher, and isolated thunderstorm chances are possible Thursday and Friday afternoon. Highs are in the lower to middle 80s on Thursday. Friday afternoon temperatures are in the middle to upper 80s.
WARM MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND: The Memorial Day Weekend weather looks like more of the same! Temperatures are in the middle to upper 80s on Saturday. Isolated thunderstorm chances remain for the afternoon hours, but expect plenty of dry time. Memorial Day is partly sunny and warm. Highs are in the lower 80s, and there’s the chance for thunderstorms. Tuesday could bring a few thunderstorms too. Temperatures remain in the 80s through early next week.
Have a great Wednesday!
