YORK COUNTY, Pa.– An accident on Interstate 83 is slowing traffic in both directions this morning.
A driver collided with the barrier separating the north and south bound lanes, and it is now causing delays in both directions.
Traffic is stop and go on I-83 northbound between Exit 24 at Emigsville and Exit 28 at Strinestown.
