CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – The mother of two boys allegedly abused by her boyfriend is arrested on felony charges by Pennsylvania State Police.
Holly Marie Beam, 27, was arraignment at around 1 p.m. Wednesday before District Justice H. Anthony Adams. She was charged with two counts of Endangering Welfare of Children and two counts of Conspiracy – Simple Assault.
Following arraignment Beam, of South Hampton Township, was sent to Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Beam’s live in boyfriend, 26 year old Oscar Cover was charged on Monday, May 30, with abusing her two children ages, 9 and 11. He is also in Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail.
