Police investigate shooting in Lancaster after 18-year-old shot multiple times

LANCASTER CITY, Pa- Police  are investigating after police say the victim was struck multiple times Tuesday evening.

According to police, officers were called to a report of a fight in progress with possible shots just after 7:00 p.m. along the 500 block of Juniata street.

Police say when they arrived they did not see a fight but spoke to witnesses and found evidence that shot had been fired.

Then around 7:35 p.m. police received word that a 18-year-old male showed up to the hospital and was treated for a gunshot wounds to the neck, shoulder and elbow.

Police say the victim is not cooperating and they do not know if he was involved in the reported fight.

The victims  injuries are not life threatening. Police continue to investigate.
