WESTMORELAND COUNTY- A woman is recovering after se was run over by her own car last weekend.
Police say 76-year-old Janet Pfeifer was at a McDonald’s drive-thru window in Mount Pleasant, when she dropped her bag of food.
Officers say she fell out of the car, while bending over to pick it up.
Her car then rolled towards a wall and backed over her.
Emergency crews flew her to a hospital.
Her injuries were described by state police as “serious to moderate.”
