HUMIDITY RETURNS!
Along with the humidity, you can expect hit or miss showers and thunderstorms through the midday tomorrow. If a thunderstorm develops in your neighborhood, you an expect heavy downpours. Showers possible through the morning then a break before a few more afternoon thunderstorms pop up. We’ll get some breaks of sunshine and may have a few stray thunderstorms still around in the evening. Not everyone will experience them. Highs warm to the lower 80s to end the week and of course, the humidity will be high.
WEEKEND OUTLOOK:
We are dry most of the day Saturday. High pressure briefly in control brings a nice start to the weekend with partly to mostly sunny skies. Highs are warm in the lower 80s. Another round of showers and thunderstorms arrive for the second half of the weekend. They may arrive as early as Saturday night so be prepared if you are planning on being out late. Storms on Sunday have the potential to strengthen and become quite strong. We’ll be keeping an eye on the situation the next couple of days. Highs Sunday climb to the upper 70s to near 80 degrees.
NEXT WEEK:
An upper level trough digs in over the northeast,which means cooler temperatures and still a small shower threat. With cooler air aloft and upper level energy, a few isolated showers are possible Monday. Sunshine and dry weather returns for Tuesday and Wednesday and temperatures are quite pleasant in the middle 70s.
