LANCASTER, Pa.– A robber who target victims around the Lancaster County Courthouse last summer will serve up to 20 years in prison.

Nestor Torres-Padilla, 23, was homeless when he robbed five people at gun-point in three separate robberies on July 26, 2015.

In total, Padilla netted $12 in the robberies.

On Wednesday, he pleaded guilty to felony counts of robbery and will serve 7 ½ to 20 years in state prison according to a plea agreement.

In court, the five victims all identified Torres-Padilla as the lone robber in the early-morning hours. He threatened the victims with a BB gun that appeared to be a semiautomatic pistol. The victim of the final robbery fought back and Torres-Padilla fled, only to be caught by Lancaster City police within a couple minutes.
