E. DONEGAL TWP., Pa.– A man has been charged for entering unlocked vehicles and taking items.
Scott Rohrer, 27, faces 14 felony counts of Theft from Motor Vehicles.
Police were able to identify Rohrer after receiving surveillance video from one of the victims, and a search of Rohrer’s residence revealed some of the stolen property.
The total property value is estimated to be approximately $525.00, with items including a debit card, GPS’s and change.
Rohrer has been in Lancaster County Prison since April 18.
