Winds will be lighter Friday

With mostly clear skies and calmer winds, temperatures will dive to the upper 40s and middle 50s once again.  We tack on a few more degrees for Friday as slow warming continues.  Plenty of sunshine will help warm temperatures to the middle and upper 70s.

Over the weekend, you notice the humidity creep up again.  Showers and thunderstorms are possible for the beginning of the weekend, so if you have outdoor plans, have a backup and be ready to run in for a bit.  There is still a chance thunderstorms are strong to perhaps even severe too.  We continue to monitor the data and will bring the latest.  More typical June weather expected with highs climbing back to the lower and middle 80s.  Sunday is drier with partly cloudy skies.  The breeze will pick up and highs will still manage to get to near 80 degrees.

Thunderstorms Saturday could be strong to severe.

Monday, skies are partly sunny, and highs are back into the 70s.  Plenty of sunshine, along with warming temperatures expected Tuesday.  Our next threat for showers and thunderstorms is Wednesday, highs are warmer too in the lower to middle 80s.
