Two teens injured after shots fired during house party in Lancaster

LANCASTER CITY, Pa- Police are investigating after two 18-year-old men were injured during a house party in Lancaster early Friday morning.

The incident happened just before 2:00 a.m. Police were responding to 594 N. Plum Street for reports of shots fired when they received word that 2 shooting victims arrived by private vehicles at a local hospital.

Officers went to the hospital and found the two 18 year old’s suffering from gunshot wounds. One was wounded in the arm and the other was wounded in the arm and the leg. Both teens have non life threatening injuries.

Upon investigation, police secured the crime scene and interviewed several witnesses. Detectives are also checking camera footage around the area, police said.

Police learned that the shooting incidents occurred after the victims were leaving the area police said. Police say it does not appear to be a random act, and the investigation is ongoing.
