LANCASTER, Pa.– A Lancaster man is in jail after stalking his girlfriend and refusing to leave her house for approximately two hours.

Avelino Jimenez-Gonzalez, 28, stood on his ex-girlfriend’s porch for two hours while refusing to leave and even entered the home without her permission at one point.

On Sunday at 3:54PM police responded to a home on Pennwick Drive. The resident reported her story to police who took Jimenez-Gonzalez into custody.

He was charged with Stalking and Criminal Trespass and was taken to Lancaster County Prison after being unable to post $100,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled.
