Toddler found walking alone on the street, mother charged

LEBANON, Pa. – A South Londonderry Township mother is charged after her two year old child is found wandering alone on the street.

The child was discovered at 6:24 a.m. this morning walking free on West Market Street. Township police were able to find out that the child belonged to Sarah Boyer, 30, of 2800 block of Horseshoe Pike, Campbelltown.

Police made numerous attempts to make contact with Boyer without success. Lebanon County Children and Youth Services were also contacted. Authorities finally were able to make contact with Boyer at 7:46 a.m.

Boyer was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
