EPHRATA, Pa. – An Ephrata teenager has been identified as the victim in fatal crash involving a car and motorcycle. It happened at about 1:24 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Church Avenue and Industrial Drive in the borough.
Police say a sedan driven by Irma S. Spinale, 74, of Ephrata collided with a motorcycle driven by 18 year old Steven T. Andriani. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Spinale was not injured.
