The School District of Lancaster has crafted new guidelines to address bullying, discrimination, and harassment specifically aimed at protecting students who identify with the LGBT community. Included in the guidelines, transgender students will be called by their preferred names, allowed to use bathrooms that correspond to their gender identity and participate on sports teams according to their gender identity.

Our question is, should transgender students be able to play on whichever team they identify with?
