MANHEIM TWP, Lancaster Pa- Two Lancaster men are facing charges after they are accused of spray painting graffiti throughout Lancaster causing more than $21,000 in damages.

Manheim Township police say Reynaldo Alvarado, 33 and Jacob Mercer, 20, were observed spray painting a building on May 14th. Upon investigation, officers were able to link the two to numerous other graffiti incidents in Manheim Township and Lancaster Township between August 2015 and May 2016.

In the incidents, police say buildings, bridges, trailers, and vehicles were damaged amounting in a total loss of $20,920.

Mercer has been charged with 15 counts of criminal mischief, possessing instruments of a crime, criminal conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Alvarado is being charged with 13 count of criminal mischief, possessing instruments of a crime and criminal conspiracy.
