LANCASTER, PA. –A woman walking to her car says she was grabbed and groped by a man in the lower level Kohl’s parking lot at Park City Mall. It happened Thursday evening around 8pm. The victim says a man grabbed her around the neck and groped her breasts and genitals over her clothing. When she screamed, the assailant ran towards the Sears Auto Center lot.
The suspect was described as a black male in his 40’s, of a thin build, about 5’7” tall. He was last seen wearing a blue long sleeve polo shirt and dark colored pants.
