STEELTON, Pa. – A 16-year-old juvenile male faces multiple sexual assault charges involving the rape of a minor.
The juvenile was charged by Steelton Borough Police following an investigation that began in early April. That is when the juvenile victim came forward to police. The victim also said that the juvenile recorded the sexual assault.
Charges include Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse – Rape by Force, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse – Threat of Forcible Compulsion, Criminal Attempt, Sexual Abuse of a Child – Permit or Film a Child Sex Act, Sexual Abuse of Children – Dissemination of a Child Sex Act and Terroristic Threats.
The juvenile was charged through the Dauphin County Juvenile Probation Department.
