Happy Friday!  Easterly flow setting up for the day keeps cloud cover around cover around, especially in the south.  Sunshine mixes in and out throughout the day. An isolated shower is possible too, again the threat is mainly south.  Highs warm to the upper 70s to lower 80s.

A great weekend to spend by the pool, golf or work in the yard or enjoy area events is expected.

PM EVENT Dauphin County Template

Plenty of sunshine both Saturday and Sunday is courtesy of high pressure.   Temperatures will warm into the middle 80s to begin the weekend and upper 80s by the second half.

The high slides east into the Atlantic shifting our winds more to the southwest.  This increases the moisture across the area so while most of the day time hours are comfortable, Sunday evening will feel muggier.

The humidity is with us into Monday.  Thunderstorms return late in the day Monday as a cold front approaches so mowing or working in the yard early in the day should be okay.  It is slow to cross the area keeping the storm threat through Tuesday.  Highs are warm to begin the week in the upper 80s but drop back to the lower and middle 80s by Tuesday.   Wednesday and Thursday look dry as high pressure builds overhead.  High temperatures warm into the lower to middle 80s.
