Power outage closes Harrisburg Mall

HARRISBURG, Pa. – A power outage forced the closure of the Harrisburg Mall in Swatara Township, Dauphin County.  The power went out at around 7 p.m. forcing the complex to be evacuated.

PPL Electric pointed to a tripped breaker or blown fuse as the cause of the outage. Power is expected to be restored at 11:00 p.m.
