YORK COUNTY, Pa. – Police file an additional charge against Regina Lester, accused of homicide in the death of her 3 year old daughter. Lester was taken to York Hospital after she found naked outside her Cheaspeake Estates home on June 8th.
She arrived at the hospital on a stretcher secured by a seat-belt and shackled. According to the criminal complaint, while her restraints were being removed she kicked York Hospital nurse technician Brandon Webster in the mouth. Webster’s injury was severe enough to require treatment in the emergency room.
Lester has been charged by York City Police with Aggravated Assault for kicking Webster. She remains held at York County Prison without bail.
