Lititz man charged with intimidating a witness

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – A Lititz man is charged with attempting to intimidate a witness in a robbery.

Northern Lancaster County Regional Police filed charges against  72 year old John Radcliff Kyle.  On June 22, at about 1:38 p.m., Kyle allegedly drove to an address in Warwick Township where he attempted to establish contact with a victim of a recent robbery.

The victim was not at home at the time, but later spoke to Kyle over the telephone. During the conversation, Kyle is said to have made specific the threats to the victim, placing the fear in fear of loss of life.

Kyle was taken into custody without incident. He is charged with Intimidation of Witness or Victims and Terroristic Threats.
