CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – West Shore Regional Police charge 38 year old Brandon Joseph Nieves, of Myerstown, Lebanon County with Theft by Failure to Make Required Disposition of Funds. Nieves’ arrest culminates an investigation that began in May, when police were contacted by Nieves former employer in Lemoyne.

The investigation revealed that Nieves was retaining money he received as a property manager and not properly turning in the money to the employer.  The theft occurred over numerous years with a loss greater than $50,000.

Following arraignment on Monday, Nieves was released after posting $5,000 bail. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
