DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – Lower Paxton Police are asking for help from the public to identify a woman who is a suspect in a recent retail theft at Babies R Us. They released a surveillance photo of the suspect, a black female.
Police suspect two additional females and one male were also involved in the theft. As the two other women and male distracted staff, the suspect in the photo wheeled a cart filled with children’s clothing out of the store without paying.
