Armed robbery at Lancaster County bank

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – Police are on a manhunt for an armed bank robber in northern Lancaster County.

Ephrata Police responded at 2:18 p.m. to the BB&T Bank at 399 North Reading Road in the borough for a robbery.

The suspect walked into the bank brandishing a handgun and demanded cash. He ran out a back door at the bank with an unknown amount of money.  The suspect is described as white male, wearing a grey shirt and and jeans. There were no reported injuries.
