LANCASTER, Pa. – The Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office asked for the Pennsylvania DUI Association to bring the moving DUI Memorial Wall to the city. There are nearly 3,000 names are the DUI Memorial wall. Each person is the victim of a DUI crash.

“We think just about every one of these victims could still be alive and should still be alive. It`s a choice that`s made it`s not an accident. None of these are accidents. Everyone is a crime and involves a conscious choice made by the impaired driver. So that`s why the trailer is here, with the names, so hopefully people hesitate before they make that poor choice,” said Brett Hambright from the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.

Everyday between four and five people are arrested for a DUI in Lancaster County alone. This holiday weekend they are reminding people not to drink and drive.
