LANCASTER, Pa. – Lancaster City police identify a second suspect in an ongoing investigation into a series of robberies and extortions in May. An arrest warrant has been issued for 35 year old Cole “Prince” Williams of Willingboro, New Jersey.

City detectives  assisted by agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United States Probation and Parole Office. It was learned that Williams was charged by the U.S. Secret Service and convicted of Conspiracy, Wire Fraud, and Possession of Altered U.S. Currency with Intent to Defraud in 2013:

Detective Jason Drouillard charged Williams with Robbery (3 counts), Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Robbery (3 counts), Theft by Extortion (2 counts), Terroristic Threats (2 counts), and Unlawful Restraint (3 counts) and an arrest warrant has been issued. Williams is believed to be in the New Jersey area.

Another New Jersey man, Decee Karngbaye, 32, is in custody on the same charges.
