DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – Hummelstown Police have obtained an arrest warrant for 24 year old Nicolo Joseph Villarreal, charging him with Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Criminal Mischief and Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked.
These charges stem from an incident during the early morning hours of Thursday July 7, in the first block of Runyon Court, Hummelstown.
Villarreal allegedly stole a red 2007 Chrysler Pacifica displaying Pennsylvania license plate “UNDIA7”.
