DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – Governor Tom Wolf’s office confirms that Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas Judge Bruce F. Bratton has submitted a letter of resignation. The letter was received today. It was not clear when it will be effective.
Judge Bratton was appointed to the bench in 2001 by then GOP Governor Tom Ridge. Bratton was retained by the voters in 2011.
So far no announced reason why Judge Bratton is resigning.
