RED LION, Pa.–A Red Lion woman was sentenced Wednesday after pleading guilty to charges stemming from having loud sex and threatening her neighbors for complaining.
Amanda Warfel, 25, has been jailed since March 22. A neighbor complained that Warfel was having loud sex which caused a dresser and a bed in the victim’s daughters’ room to shake, according to charging documents.
Warfel was sentenced to 45 to 90 days in jail, which she’s already served. Warfel had previously plead guilty to disorderly conduct and harassment charges based on the same complaints. One misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge was withdrawn, and another was transferred to non-traffic.
Warfel is expected to be released from York County Prison this afternoon.
