EPHRATA, Pa.–Police say drugs and paraphernalia were found in an Ephrata residence where children were living.

Ephrata Police and the Lancaster County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant early Friday morning at 111 Grant Street in Ephrata after an investigation into the distribution of heroin.

Officers searched the home and arrested five people:

Beachy and Boley
  • Ramon Beachy, 31, of 111 Grant Street, Ephrata, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin and institutional vandalism (after urinating on the floor at the police station). He was held for the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office on an unrelated bench warrant.
  • Amy Boley, 28, of 111 Grant Street,  Ephrata, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Heroin.  She was turned over to the East Lampeter Township Police on an unrelated warrant.
Thomas and Santiago
  • Pedro Santiago, Jr, 37 of 111 Grant Street, Ephrata, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana.  He was turned over to MDJ Rod Hartman on an outstanding warrant.
  • Robert Thomas, 33, of 111 Grant Street, Ephrata, was Charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was held for the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding Bench Warrant.
  • Andrew Feliciano-Rivera  (No photo), 20, of 23 E Walnut Street, Ephrata, was charged with Possession of Marijuana.  He was released pending a summons.

Police say children who were in the home were turned over to stay with a relative.
