Stopped for speeding, Carlisle woman arrested on drug, corruption of minors charges

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – On Sunday, July 10 at approximately 5:15 p.m. an Upper Allen Police officer conducted a traffic stop on a car for speeding in the first block of Gettysburg Pike.

McKenna B. Stone, 21, of Carlisle was identified as the driver. There were two juvenile passengers in the car with Stone as well. While talking with Stone, the officer detected the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle.

A further investigation led to the discovery of marijuana and related paraphernalia. It was also determined that Stone had been smoking marijuana with the two juveniles earlier that day. Stone was arrested on the spot

Charges include Corruption of Minors, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
