Heroin Sales Lead to Multiple Arrests in Carlisle

CARLISLE, Pa. — A months-long investigation into the sales of heroin in Carlisle has lead to the filing of charges against numerous individuals.  The investigation and apprehension of some of the offenders was possible through the joint cooperation of many agencies.  The Cumberland County Drug Task Force, Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office, Cumberland County Adult Probation, PA State Police, FBI and U.S. Marshals all participated in assisting the Carlisle Police with this investigation.

Arrested during the investigation were the following: Nicholas K. Oberton, Sergey Mosesyan, Thomas J. Beal, Brian L. McKenzie, Marquis D. Jackson, Leonard C. Glaspie, Marquis L. Davis.

Charged but still wanted are the following: Sadeek A. Anderson, Demetrius Barnes, Kevonte S. Johnson  This investigation is currently still open and further arrests are expected.
