Lebanon VA Medical Center facility received a bomb threat at approximately 8:30 a.m. today Thursday July 14 and has implemented evacuation procedures.

All appointments in Building 17, which primarily houses the center’s outpatient offices, are being rescheduled.

“The safety of our Veterans, staff, and volunteers is our primary concern,” said Douglas Etter, Chief Communications Officer, Lebanon VA Medical Center. “We apologize to those whose care was interrupted as a result of this emergency and will ensure patients can reschedule their appointments as quickly as possible.”
