SOUTH HANOVER TOWNSHIP, Pa.–Charges were filed Tuesday in Dauphin County against a man and woman accused of performing sexual acts on each other while a 5-year-old boy was in the vehicle, according to state police reports.

Roger Wayne Carver 48, of York and Amber Elizabeth Allman, 34, of Shippensburg are each charged with one count of corruption of minors.

The alleged incident happened in the Giant parking lot–near the loading docks– along the 200 block of Hershey Road in South Hanover Township during the summer of 2015, according to state police reports.

Investigators say the couple performed sexual acts on each other while the little boy was in the back seat.

Carver was also recently charged York Township on July 3 with possessing marijuana, public drunkenness and resisting arrest.  His preliminary hearing in that case is scheduled for Aug. 22.
