SWATARA TWP., Dauphin County, Pa. — A warrant has been obtained for the arrest of 51-year-old Nelson Ortega-Cintron for raping a child. Swatara Township Police determined that Ortega-Cintron had forcible sex with a juvenile female on more than one occasion. It is believed that he has fled to Puerto Rico. The Swatara Township Police are working with the U.S. Marshals Service to bring Ortega-Cintron to justice.
