Lebanon man arrested for sexually assaulting 12 year old girl he found on social media

LEBANON, Pa- A 22-year-old man is being charged after police say he had a sexual relationship with an underage girl after finding her through social media.

According to the Lebanon County District Attorney office, Brandon Warrington, of North Cornwall Township, is being charged with rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated assault, corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of children and unlawful contact with a minor.

Police say on November 15th, Warrington posed as a 16-year-old boy on social media and contacted a 12-year-old girl. Warrington allegedly sexually assaulted the girl on two separate occasions in November. Once was in the girl’s home in Cleona Borough and once in a wooded area also in Cleona.

Officials obtained an arrest warrant for Warrington, on July 21st. On July 22nd Milton Brough Police responded to a complaint that a man was going door to door without a permit in a residential neighborhood.

Police responded to the area where the male identified himself as Warrington and he was arrested.

Warrington was arraigned on all charges and committed to Lebanon County Facility in lieu of $1,000,000 bail.
