MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, Pa.–A man was arrested and two others are being sought after running from police during a traffic stop in Manchester Township.

Officers with the Northern York County Regional Police Department were on patrol Monday when they spotted three people acting suspicious inside a vehicle along the 1700 block of North George Street.

Police ran the registration of the vehicle and discovered it had been reported stolen out of York City. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle– but the driver fled and crashed in the 600 block of North George Street.

The three occupants fled on foot. One of the suspects, identified as 29-year-old Andrew Bernard Frazier, was apprehended during the foot chase.

Police say Frazier had a loaded 9mm gun in his possession and a bag of crack cocaine when he was taken into custody. The gun was reported stolen.

Frazier, of York City is charged with two counts of receiving stolen property, felon prohibited from possessing firearms, firearms not to be carried without a license and possession of crack cocaine.

UNIDENTIFIEDSUSPECT

One of the men who fled the scene was captured on video by nearby surveillance cameras. Anyone who can identify him is asked to call police at 717-292-3671.

Police expect to release photos of a third suspect soon.
