We'll see thunderstorms here and there for most of the weekend.

WEEKEND THUNDERSTORMS: We’ll have scattered thunderstorms for most of your Saturday.  Expect some of those thunderstorms to have some very heavy rain and lots of lightning.  The thunderstorms will end Saturday night, and we start Sunday dry.  After noon on Sunday, scattered thunderstorms will start popping up.  We’ll have them throughout Sunday afternoon and evening.

The thunderstorms continue Saturday evening.

WEEKEND HIGHS: All the clouds from the thunderstorms keep us in the mid 80s on Saturday.  We follow up a cloudy Saturday with partly sunny skies on Sunday.  Highs encore in the mid 80s.

We get a break from the 90s this weekend.

NEXT WEEK: Look for afternoon thunderstorms again on Monday with more highs in the mid 80s.  We stand to see only a few thunderstorms on Tuesday with more highs in the mid 80s.  We’ll get partly sunny skies both of those days.  Then, we’ve got sunny and dry weather on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.  Our temperatures gradually increase, too.  After 88 on Wednesday, we return to the 90s on Thursday and hit 92 on Friday.

90s return next week.
