Art and music celebration held in York

YORK, Pa.-- A celebration of art and music on Sunday in downtown York. More than 50-vendors took part in the Parliament Summer Art Market at the Royal Square District in downtown York. The free event combines craft vendors, food trucks, family activities and live music.

"I've always dreamed of doing an event like this in downtown York. We had an incredible turnout today, I'm really excited and this is an event that we want to turn into an annual event and grow it for years to come," says Alexandra Dwyer, Executive Director of Parliament Arts Organization.

Parliament Arts Organization advances the social and economic revitalization of the York Metro area by organizing creative and cultured events.
