YORK, Pa.-- Dunkin' Donuts can cure hunger with more than its baked goods.
The company is supporting the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank through its "Roast Hunger" campaign, which begins today and runs through August 28. The promotion, which is offered through the Dunkin' mobile app, offers a $1.49 coupon for a large hot coffee.
With every coupon redeemed, Dunkin' Donuts of Central Pennsylvania will donate 50 cents to the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank.
For every $1 donated to the food bank, they are able to provide 6 meals to those in need.
Jamie Saam, Assistant Marketing Director for Dunkin' Brands, will be in the FOX43 Kitchen to discuss how the Central Pennsylvania area can enjoy donuts while also benefiting their community.
