Two injured in SUV versus tractor trailer in Adams County

ADAMS COUNTY, Pa. – Two people are hospitalized with serious injuries following a crash involving a tractor trailer and a small SUV in Adams County.  It happened at about 6 p.m. on Route 94, the Carlisle Pike and 700 Road in Hamilton Township.

adamssuvIMG_4292Emergency crews had to extradite the two people from the SUV. Both victims were flown by helicopter to a trauma hospital.

A hazardous materials team was also called to the scene to clean spill diesel fuel from the big rig.

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating.
