EPHRATA, Pa.–An Ephrata man was arrested Tuesday after police say he lit another person’s hair on fire during a disagreement.
Seth Reynolds, 21, is charged with simple assault. He was arraigned on $7,500 bail.
The unidentified victim was not seriously injured.
Reynolds fled the scene before officers arrived at the scene. He was arrested later that same day in Akron, police said.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 16.
