JONESTOWN, Pa.–A Lebanon man and teenage girl are facing sexual assault charges after state police say they had inappropriate contact with a 12-year-old girl in the backseat of a vehicle earlier this year.

According to police reports, 19-year-old Trenton Wizar picked up two teens, ages 12 and 15, in his vehicle and parked in a secluded area just west of the 300 block of West Market Street in Jonestown on March 30.

Once parked, all three climbed into the back seat and began engaging in sexual relations, police said.

They were interrupted when an unknown vehicle pulled into a nearby parking lot and began flashing its lights and honking the horn.

Police say Wizar became scared and dropped both girls off at the Walmart in Palmyra.

Wizard was arrested and charged with criminal attempt rape of a child, two counts of unlawful contact with a minor, criminal attempt statutory sexual assault, indecent assault on a person less than 13 years of age and two counts of corruption of minors.  He was arraigned on Aug. 18 and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

Police also charged the unidentified 15-year-old girl with criminal solicitation rape, criminal solicitation statutory rape, criminal use of a communication facility and criminal solicitation indecent assault. She is being charged through the juvenile court system.
