HARRISBURG, Pa.– Runners and walkers filled City Island in Harrisburg Sunday morning for the 7th Annual Central Pennsylvania Free To Breathe Run/Walk.

The event helps fight lung cancer by raising money to fund for research. The goal is to double the number of lung cancer survivors by the year 2022.
