Multiple arrests in drug sweep in Dillsburg area

YORK COUNTY, Pa. – The York County Drug Task Force and Carroll Township Police Department recently conducted a joint narcotics investigation in to the sales of heroin and marijuana in the Dillsburg area.. As a result of the ongoing investigation police arrested numerous persons involved in the sale and use of narcotics.

Carroll Township Police charged:

Tyler David Thomas, 32, and Ashley Marie Brownawell, both from the 100 block of South Baltimore Street in Dillsburg Borough, with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of a controlled substance, (heroin) possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal conspiracy.

Kimberly Anne Myers, 25, from the first block of Furman Road, Dillsburg, with possession with intent to deliver heroin.

Catlin Amanda Helman, 28, from the 400 block of Peak View Road, York Springs with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, marijuana.

Maria Concetta  Mentzer, 28, and Aaron William Fisk, 28, both reside at the first block of South York Road in Monaghan Township.  Mentzer was charged with theft by deception, criminal conspiracy, promoting prostitution and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Fisk was charged with theft by deception, criminal conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia.
